Correction packet
A useful correction identifies the URL, exact claim, dated original source and narrower supported conclusion. An unavailable private syllabus should not be repaired with an attractive guessed module list.
Claims are distinct
A credential concerns an author, an assessment concerns a learner task and an account audit concerns an identified account. Their evidence should not be borrowed across those boundaries.
Owner confirmation
A verified contact and responsible legal identity remain to be documented. No fictitious staff biography, licence or correction-service guarantee was created.
